As Nelson Mandela said, “It always seems impossible until it is done.” We are thrilled to notify you that the construction of our community learning space is almost complete. See attached photos showing the journey between December 2019 when we laid the foundation stone and February 2020. The construction of this learning space was envisioned by our founder Henry Mkare, when he shared his ten-year vision of Kickstart Kilifi in April 2018 when he joined DOT Kenya’s Youth Leadership Program, see the attached screen shot of that 10-year dream he shared, attached on image 1. This newly built building and its compound will be used as hub for equipping rural out-of-school youths with various soft skills to make a life out of.
